What Is GRAD NIGHT?

A Safe & Fun Filled Evening for the Class of 2025!

GRAD NIGHT is a drug and alcohol-free, all-night celebration that includes entertainment, food and activities. The event is at GBN on night of graduation, Sunday, June 1st, 2025. There is no admission cost and all graduating GBN seniors are invited; historically over 90% of the class attends. It’s a night for the Class of 2025 to make final high school memories, in a safe environment, before everyone moves onto their next chapter. This will be the 33rd year GBN has celebrated Grad Night.

Why Have a Grad Night Celebration?

Grad Nights mission since its inception 31 years ago is to safeguard our graduates and the entire Northbrook community on the night of graduation, which is historically a very dangerous night. Seniors check in at 11pm, and are not allowed to leave until 5am the following morning. While Grad Night is a huge and fun celebration, the safety of our students and community are our #1 priority.

Grad night happens thanks to hundreds of parent volunteers from all grades, and from the generous financial support we receive from GBN families, alumni, local businesses, civic organizations, and many others in the community. Can I Help? My Child is Not a Senior.

Yes! This evening is the ultimate “pay-it-forward” event, where parents from ALL grades are involved. Your child will be a Senior before you know it and will benefit from the same support the GBN Community provides every year. We have been successful for over 30 years due to the financial and volunteer support we receive from the entire community - not only Senior parents.
